An Apprenticeship scheme allows access to government funded training, aimed at young people aged 16 - 25. By training young people and helping to equip them with the skills and qualifications they need you are more likely to ensure future organisational and industry success.
ITS have expertise and experience in a wide range of occupational areas: Retail and Warehousing, Motor Vehicle Engineering, Customer Service and Social Care.
We can run training programmes to develop the skills of your EXISTING and NEW employees providing they are between the ages of 16 and 25. We can also recruit school leavers on your behalf and train them to NVQ Level. This training will usually be FREE of charge and will provide you with a number of key benefits.
