This course is intended for new users and those wishing to learn how to build queries and create and format reports within Business Objects.

Objectives:

By the end of the course delegates will posses the skills required to create, edit and maintain queries and charts with varying complexities.

Prerequisites:

Users must be proficient with a mouse and keyboard and be able to confidently work within a Windows environment - minimise, maximise, open, close. Familiarity of either Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access is useful, but not essential.
